Traditional Midsummer celebrations

You are welcome to join us for this year's Midsummer celebrations at the Camp.

14.00 The Midsummer celebration begins and we dress the Midsummer pole together
15.40 The rings of the pole are carried in parade from Söderhamnen
16.00 (approx.) Pole raising, dancing with Waxholms Folkdansgille and ring games

Bring a picnic basket and a blanket to sit on. Learn more about Midsummer traditions here.

TIPS! Eftersom Vaxholm är en ö och parkeringsplatserna därmed är begränsade rekommenderar vi att du använder dig av buss eller båt för att resa hit. Både Waxholms bolagets och SL:s båtar lägger till i hamnen. Buss 670 mot Vaxholm går från Tekniska högskolan. Närmaste busshållplats är Vaxholms kyrka.
