As is tradition, we’ll listen to the song and the spring speech on the Town Hall steps at 7:00 p.m. and then watch the bonfire being lit on the raft outside the Hembygdsgården.

Cheesecake course
Dairymaid Anna Kälvebrand teaches us how to make the wonderful Ostkaka cake served at Ostmakeriet on Rindö. Together we make the cheese curds and the base for the Ostkaka cake. While the milk coagulates, we naturally enjoy Ostmakeriet's Ostkaka cake. Accompanied by delicious raspberry jam from Resville and coffee from Jack on Rindö.
