Fredriksborg Hotel and Fortress is set on 5 hectares of its own land and typically serves meals in the hotel's dining room, on the outdoor terrace, or in the orangery. During the summer, simpler dishes and coffee are served on the spacious Corps de Garde jetty right by the Oxdjupet.
