Do you also love Swedish cinnamon buns? In 2017 we received the ”Home baker of the year”-award for our cinnamon bun baking workshops. During a couple of hours in our kitchen at Vaxholms Bed & Breakfast you and your collegues will learn the secret of baking really juicy cinnamon buns. In the class we have cut all rising time so that you will have time to both bake, confer and enjoy your freshly baked buns to the afternoon coffee.
