Barbecue Night with a Live Band: Conversation Jazz

Every Thursday from July 2 to August 13, the chef will set up on the terrace and fire up the grill. Enjoy freshly grilled meat, sausages, and chicken, along with salads and delicious sides.

The evening features swinging jazz from the 1930s to the 1960s and beautiful melodies from the American Songbook, mixed with Swedish and Latin rhythms. Lisa Fridén on vocals, Peter Blomqvist on alto saxophone and flute, Claes Brodda on tenor saxophone and clarinet, Hans Camitz on piano, Fredrik Hellberg on drums, and Lars Pettersson on double bass.

On these Thursdays, the barbecue menu replaces our regular evening menu.

Children up to 12 years old pay half price.

We recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

For those interested, there will also be a guided tour of the fortress from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The barbecue begins at 6:15 p.m., and the live music will continue until around 8:00 p.m., with a short break. The grill will stay hot for a little while longer after that.
