Exhibitor Information: Archipelago Boat Day,
June 3, 2026
Vaxholm welcomes summer with Archipelago Boat Day. The old archipelago boats, led by Norrskär and Storskär, arrive at the quay in a convoy and are met by a market and a public festival.
Marketplace
As many of you know, the quay in Vaxholm is currently undergoing renovation. Therefore, this year the boats will dock in Österhamnen (the quay facing Kastellet).
The market stalls will be placed starting from the hotel corner and continuing in two rows along Söderhamnen, where there will also be a marina this year.
Detailed planning of the area is ongoing.

Market stalls
As an exhibitor at the market, you rent your space. Each market stall is 3 meters long and 2.5 meters deep. If you need more space, you can rent several adjacent stalls. For all stalls, you must bring your own table, cart, or tent. If you need electricity, please indicate this on your registration form.
Please note that the pitches are 2.5 meters deep. This means that if your tent or caravan is deeper than this, we cannot guarantee a pitch. Please contact us if you have any questions.
To ensure the best possible market for both exhibitors and visitors, it is important to mix the offerings in a good way. Therefore, you cannot request a specific location in the market. We therefore reserve the right to place your stand where it fits best from an overall perspective. When we confirm your location, you will receive an email with information about your location, along with an exhibitor sketch.
Market facts and FAQs
Date: Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. As an exhibitor, you agree to have your booth staffed during the entire opening hours.
You can set up your stand from 3 p.m. Everything must be packed up and cleaned by 10 p.m. at the latest.
Who can participate? We prioritize vendors specializing in crafts and artisanal foods. To exhibit, you need an F-tax certificate. Exceptions are non-profit organizations, UF companies, school classes, and hobby activities.
What does it cost to join? I price information further down the page, we have collected all the prices for the market.
Am I guaranteed a place? Your registration is binding, but since we receive many applications, your place is only guaranteed once you have received confirmation from us.
When will I know which spot I will get? You will find out which spot you will get when you confirm your participation. You will also receive a market sketch so that you can get an overview of the whole market. Please note that you cannot choose your spot.
How do I pay? You can pay by invoice, which we will send to you via email: kassor@destinationvaxholm.com. Payment is due by May 15.

Price information
Marketplace without electricity
SEK 500 incl. VAT (SEK 400 excl. VAT).
Each market stall measures 3 x 2.5 meters. If you require more space, you can rent several stalls next to each other.
Example calculation, price for a 6-meter stall: 2 x 500 = SEK 1,000 incl. VAT.
Electric Vehicle Marketplace
700 SEK including tax (560 SEK excluding tax) per reserved 3-meter market stall.
You are responsible for bringing a suitable cord of sufficient length.
Sample calculation: Price for a 6-meter-long power hookup: 2 × 700 = 1,400 SEK, including tax.
Notification
Your registration is binding, but since we receive many applications, your spot is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us. You will pay for your spot via invoice. Payment must be made by May 15.
