Conference and Event at Fredriksborg

Fredriksborg has large areas and unique premises for conferences, events and activities. 45 minutes from Stockholm city by car or RIB boat, and close to SL bus or shuttle boat.

Sun all day and the view is incomparable from the plateau or down by the jetties at Oxdjupet where the cruise ships glide close outside.

The hotel has a conference room of 35 square meters, but the conference can also be moved out to the larger Orangery, the garden or perhaps in the fortress' observation tower 60 meters above sea level!

Large groups can stay in the event tent or even the large cannon plane in the 18th-century fortress.

For activities, Fredriksborg collaborates with various, often local, companies for e.g. sailing, sport fishing, kayaking, cheese tasting, etc. Activity companies can often take care of both transport and activities on site based on requests. Around Fredriksborg there are trails for hiking and cycling as well as a golf course.

Fredriksborg Hotel has 15 double rooms / 30 beds, of which 10 rooms with separable beds.

Fredriksborg has very high guest ratings, is known for good food as well as flexibility and personality. As the hotel is small and personal, there are good opportunities for exclusivity at no extra cost on weekdays from September to May.

Depending on the season, we can handle up to 150 dining guests and we can organize events for even more with the option of being open for parties until 03 in e.g. The Orangerie or Fredriksborg Fortress.

Fredriksborg Fortress was completed in 1735 and protected Stockholm at Oxdjupet. It was the strongest fortress of its time. Its officers' residences from the same period are today hotels in two 18th-century buildings. Of course, we can arrange guided tours and tell about the long and exciting history of Fredriksborg and Vaxholm.
